This session will nudge the attendees to be able to enhance their skills with intensive hands – on, activity driven program that focuses on the positive ways to create engagement for employees from different generations and understanding the unique characteristic of each generation. By way of the creating awareness and understanding, the attendees will be guided on positively implementing the characteristic into the daily work life.

Understanding the importance of these activities for an organization enables us to continuously improve the actions that is to be taken to move towards a positive direction.
